Dr Jonathan Cabot is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip, knee and shoulder surgery, with a particular interest in minimally invasive joint replacement, direct anterior hip replacement and arthroscopic (key-hole) surgery. Dr Cabot manages patient conditions associated with arthritis, trauma and sports injuries, supporting their return to an active lifestyle. With significant experience, both locally and overseas, he employs an evidence based approach, coupled with the latest technology and techniques, to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved for his patients.

Graduating from The University of Adelaide in 1999, Dr Cabot obtained his fellowship with the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (Orthopaedic Surgery) in 2010. He then went on to complete an additional two years’ post fellowship training in arthroscopic sports medicine at the Fowler Kennedy Sports Medicine Clinic (Ontario, Canada) and hip and knee replacement surgery at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital (Bournemouth, UK).

Dr Mark Inglis

Orthopaedic Surgeon
Dr Mark Inglis is an orthopaedic surgeon with a particular interest in degenerative conditions of the hip and knee, including primary replacement, revision surgeries and direct anterior approach hip replacements. He also performs general orthopaedic surgery, including knee reconstructions, shoulder arthroscopies and adult trauma surgery.
At Orthopaedics SA, Dr Inglis consults privately at Flinders Private, Angaston Hospital, Ashford Hospital and Balaklava, and is the Former Head of the Orthopaedic Unit at the Repatriation General Hospital. Dr Inglis provides several evening clinics for the convenience of his patients requiring after work consultations and operates with no gap for privately insured patients.
Upon completing his medical training at the Flinders University and attaining the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (Orthopaedic Surgery), Dr Inglis worked with national and international surgeons undertaking hip and knee arthroplasty, including the direct anterior approach. In addition to clinical practice, he is a Lecturer in Orthopaedic Surgery at Flinders University and has research projects focused on outcomes of the direct anterior approach and enhanced care of arthroplasty patients.

Dr Matthew Liptak

Dr Matthew Liptak is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in sports injuries and joint replacement, particularly involving the knee and hip. He is involved in a number of research projects, looking at surgical ACL techniques, and rehabilitation following total knee replacement.
Practising privately with Orthopaedics SA, Dr Liptak consults at Flinders Private Hospital and Blackwood. He is a Visiting Orthopaedic Specialist at Flinders Medical Centre and Repatriation General Hospital.
Dr Liptak graduated from Flinders University, Adelaide, in 1996 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (Orthopaedic Surgery) in 2007. Following this, he completed a Clinical Knee Fellowship (Sports & Arthroplasty) with the Australian Orthopaedic Association, and visited with several centres of orthopaedic excellence in the UK, US and France.
